covenants他不是保護(hù)誰，他是債券的具體條款，寫明了發(fā)行人的權(quán)利和義務(wù)。
后面一句的意思：對(duì)于公司債券，條款的內(nèi)容寫在債券招募說明書中，債券招募說明書是新債券發(fā)行時(shí)的一個(gè)文件
