同學(xué)你好，第一句話“A hedge fund charges 2 plus 20%”，前面的2指的是2%的management fee，后面的20%是incentive fee。
“Assume that the incentive fee is paid on the net return after management fees have been subtracted”，這句話說明incentive fee是在扣掉management fee之后再算的，所以要減掉2%的management fee。
0.02就是2% management fee。
