這里固收比較特殊，計(jì)算如下，可以記一下
free cash flow after dividends=cash flow from operation-net capital expenditure-dividends。
以company X為例，
其中Net capital expenditures資本支出凈額指的是property and equipment，Additions to property and equipment是-1，Proceeds from sale of property and equipment是0.2，所以Net capital expenditures=-1+0.2=-0.8。
因此free cash flow after dividends=3.3-0.8-0.3=2.2
