因?yàn)閮衾麧櫜话琌CI，是綜合收益（CI）包括OCI。OCI不會影響近利潤，因?yàn)镺CI記錄在equity下，所以O(shè)CI增加，equity增加，NI不變。所以最終ROE是變小的。
