2021-05-21 16:00這里老師說的PE和Real Estate 的composite construction 都是vintage year + investment mandate, objective or strategy, 他指的的是close ended real estate嗎？還是不管open ended 還是closed ended 的 real estate 都有這個(gè)requirement？

The GIPS provisions for composite construction require closed-end real estate fund composites to be defined by vintage year as well as investment mandate, objective, or strategy, and to keep the composite definition consistent throughout the life of the composite (I.6.A.19).
根據(jù)原文的意思，是close-end的。
