首先，desired rate of return of the investor這個說法公司金融中沒有出現(xiàn)過。
看到以下這些名詞都可以當做折現(xiàn)率，cost of capital，discount rate，required rate of return，cost of RE，WACC
所以你的假設(shè)不成立，這樣就有多個選項了

不是概念相等，只是都可以用來作為折現(xiàn)率，題目中看到要知道這個是折現(xiàn)率。不會同時給出兩個來讓你判斷哦。
