這里的意思是：租賃利率可能會(huì)超過(guò)借入資產(chǎn)所支付的成本。
意思就是：如果我是想做賣(mài)空交易的話，我需要向別人借入資產(chǎn)（我要支付cost），我拿到這個(gè)資產(chǎn)，仍可以進(jìn)行出租，收取租賃利率。
這兩個(gè)率可能會(huì)有差異
