題干說(shuō)關(guān)于supervisor在instruct下屬的內(nèi)容，哪一個(gè)沒(méi)有違規(guī)？也就是問(wèn)哪一項(xiàng)是進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)了的，指導(dǎo)了就不違規(guī)，沒(méi)指導(dǎo)就違規(guī)。
題干中說(shuō)到了Klausner informs Chang that her responsibilities include detecting and preventing violations of any capital market rules and regulations and the CFA Institute Standards of Professional Conduct.
這里面的CFA Institute Standards of Professional Conduct是行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
capital market rules and regulations只是資本市場(chǎng)，屬于行業(yè)內(nèi)的，所以也是行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)industry standards；
因此只有A是題目中有提到的，不違規(guī)，其他BC在題干里都沒(méi)有涉及
