同學(xué)你好，我來普及下sell-side和buy-side的區(qū)別。
A sell-side analyst works for a brokerage or firm that manages individual accounts and makes recommendations to the clients of the firm，因此賣方分析師實(shí)在經(jīng)紀(jì)公司或投行任職的，他們管理賬戶并且為客戶做投資推薦。
A buy-side analyst usually works for institutional investors such as hedge funds, pension funds, or mutual funds. These individuals perform research and make recommendations to the money managers of the fund that employs them。買方分析師通常為機(jī)構(gòu)投資者工作（對(duì)沖基金、養(yǎng)老金、共同基金等）。他們會(huì)為這些機(jī)構(gòu)投資者的資金管理者來做研究并進(jìn)行推薦。
我們?cè)诘赖聴l款中說的主要是sell-side analyst，而不針對(duì)buy-side analyst
