因?yàn)轭}干的第一句話說了established an IPS for a client when he persuaded the client to direct his transactions to their firms。就是這個(gè)IPS是主人公做的，所以他要負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)IPS的內(nèi)容來執(zhí)行。也就是assure all his client’s investments comply with the IPS
