2021-10-10 12:29Chin statement 2 WACC 不用用于value equity 我知道。但是題目題干中，不是讓你value T 公司的公司估值嗎？ 開頭第一句話就說啦呀， Chin has asked his chief financial officer to prepare a valuation of thunder for the purpose of selling the company 呀。 所以WACC 為什么不能用呢？ 而且上一個(gè)題目，讓你算FCF F，discount cash flow for FCFF ，不就是應(yīng)該用WACC 嗎？

同學(xué)你好，The weighted average cost of capital of the private investment partnership should be used to value Thunder.
private investment partnership是收購(gòu)T公司的收購(gòu)方，WACC可以用來給T估值，但是不是用收購(gòu)方的WACC，而是要用T自己的WACC。
