crossing system就是crossing network。
Electronic crossing networks are markets in which buy and sell orders are batched (accumulated) and crossed at a specific point in time。就是說(shuō)所有的人先報(bào)價(jià)，然后集中競(jìng)價(jià)，最終確定價(jià)格。
特點(diǎn)是可以避免：the costs of dealer services (the bid–ask spread), the effects a large order can have on execution prices, and information leakage.
