兩種方法在做題的時(shí)候是類似的，基本不用區(qū)分。
我查閱了下原版書，內(nèi)容如下：
Rather than pursuing a full takeover bid, activist investors aim to achieve their goals with smaller stakes, typically of less than 10%. Activist investors’ time horizon is often shorter than that of buy-and-hold investors, but the whole process can last for a number of years.
這里的確說明了10%的問題，因?yàn)樵摬呗圆⒉皇且莆湛毓蓹?quán)力，而是通過進(jìn)入股東會(huì)施加影響；
關(guān)于期限長短的問題這里也說明了，比buy and hold要短，但是也需要維持?jǐn)?shù)年，因?yàn)槭┘佑绊懙缴?，股價(jià)有所提升是需要一定時(shí)間的。
