2021-10-19 00:01請問如果Jurgen接受客戶多給的compensation，因此提供比較好的服務(wù)給Jurgen，是否就有可能造成A.....because it will result in conflicts with the interests of other clients’ accounts.其他客戶的利益沖突呢?

所以這里是需要先披露給雇主，并得到雇主的書面許可后才可以接受。雇主會評估這樣的compensation是否會影響其他客戶，如果會影響則不會同意。如果給了書面許可，就默認是不違規(guī)的
