同學你好，只要是機構(gòu)投資者為他人管理資產(chǎn)，那么就會產(chǎn)生Principal–Agent issues，agent和principle并不局限于某一職務。以下是原版書官方定義：The principal–agent issue arises if one person, the agent, makes decisions on behalf of another person or institution, the principal, and their interests are not aligned. 因此我替你做決定（比如替你管理資產(chǎn)），那么我就是agent，你就是principle，當我們兩的利益不一致時就會有Principal–Agent issues

是這個意思，你的理解是對的。
所謂代理人風險，就是當A方是代表B方的利益行事時，A方可能沒有按B方的利益最大化所產(chǎn)生的矛盾。
