同學(xué)你好，這些是IMF的 目的沒有錯，但是IMF對于economic growth以及poverty的降低的作用主要是通過international trade這方面的調(diào)節(jié)來得到，而題目的要求是通過提供貨幣以及技術(shù)的支持，這個是和IMF沒有關(guān)系的。
世界銀行會提供相應(yīng)的貸款以及技術(shù)支持 -
