2021-12-26 15:03老師，low switching cost為什么不能理解為是企業(yè)可以從這個行業(yè)以低成本轉入另一個行業(yè)？可以這頁理解嗎，我做的時候是這樣理解的，感覺也說得通。

同學你好，
在原版書的波特五力中提到switch cost的，一個是供應商的議價能力、還有一個是消費者的議價能力，所以說不能像你說的那樣來理解。
附原版書原文：
（1）the bargaining power of buyers, which is a function of switching costs among customers and the ability of customers to produce their own product;
（2）the bargaining power of suppliers, which is a function of the feasibility of product substitution, the concentration of the buyer and supplier groups, and switching costs and entry costs in each case.

前面不是回答你包括消費者和供應商嘛，要看仔細哦，從這兩方面來考慮switching cost。
