2022-01-19 17:16老師，想問一下這個(gè)例題的答案，老師講wei打算投資房地產(chǎn)價(jià)值900萬，預(yù)期未來十年不會(huì)帶來收益。兩個(gè)問題：一是原文表述個(gè)體持倉是stock和房地產(chǎn)combined900萬，為什么說是房地產(chǎn)900萬，而且應(yīng)該不是打算投資而是已經(jīng)投資吧。二是原文是不是應(yīng)該理解為未來十年不需要追加投資，而不是沒有收益吧，謝謝
