Historical cost is the consideration paid to acquire an asset.
假如說，2011年1月1日，收購(gòu)的時(shí)候花了100（此時(shí)的100是這個(gè)時(shí)候的fair value），那么對(duì)于現(xiàn)在的2017年來說，這個(gè)100就是當(dāng)時(shí)候成本，也就是historical cost了
