這個其實(shí)對應(yīng)的就是講義里面diluted EPS中的內(nèi)容， If the options or warrants are dilutive, use the treasury stock method to calculate the number of shares used in the denominator.
當(dāng)option被執(zhí)行之后，會受到一部分的錢，假設(shè)拿到這部分的錢去以市價買股票可以買多少股。但是這只是一個假設(shè)的行為， 并不會真正的去買，所以是一個shares hypothetically repurchased 的行為，也可以叫做推斷性的買入多少股票（referred shares）
