2022-02-19 12:31老師第三題discretionary accruals的概念還是不太明白。因為我看到講義這紅線的句子，不是說明cash和debt是discretionary的嗎？難道cash和debt abnormal？

簡單理解，即non-discretionary accruals是按照正常的會計規(guī)則做賬，discretionary accruals是可能有意扭曲報告的收益。
An important distinction is between accruals that arise from normal transactions in the period (called “non-discretionary”) and accruals that result from transactions or accounting choices outside the normal, which are possibly made with the intent to distort reported earnings (called “discretionary accruals”).
這里的意思是對于NOA的公式，總資產(chǎn)剔除現(xiàn)金后，剩下的部分即為應(yīng)計部分；總負(fù)債剔除總付息債務(wù)，相當(dāng)于剔除了融資活動的影響，剩下的部分視為經(jīng)營性活動體現(xiàn)的負(fù)債。
