同學你好，這個3%的spending rate是已經(jīng)包含在7%的return objective。Spending rate就是每年要支出一定比例的金額，那比如原來的return objective是4%，現(xiàn)在考慮了這個spending rate后就要求7%的收益了，所以在本題中這個3%是用不到的。不過如果有題目讓你算return objective的話，那么spending rate就要用上了。

回復代文娟：同學你好，是要用乘法。比如spending rate 4%，通脹2%，投資成本是0.4%，那么你的return objective=1.04×1.02×1.004-1=6.5%。所以本體中這個7%的ruturn objective也是把spending rate、給考慮進去了已經(jīng)
