This information allows clients to understand the full mix of products and strategies being applied that may affect their investment objectives. 公司可能會(huì)聘用外部人士來管理客戶的資產(chǎn)，那么就必須要將外部人士所具備的分散化或是專業(yè)投資能力來告知客戶。所以要將外部人士具體如何投資、如何分散化來告知客戶，而不是僅僅說一句：他們具有管理該資產(chǎn)所必須的專業(yè)性。
