depending on how similar they are to the current state：取決于：基于現(xiàn)在的情況，和他們有多像
in which an investor assesses probabilities of outcomes：投資者對(duì)于（未來一個(gè)投資決策）結(jié)果預(yù)測(cè)概率
順一下：當(dāng)投資者在做投資決策的時(shí)候，會(huì)預(yù)估投資決策的結(jié)果（例如一只股票上漲的概率、未來一年收益率預(yù)期值），此時(shí)會(huì)按照自己現(xiàn)在知道的歷史信息做出判斷。
