同學(xué)你好，因?yàn)閙anager C雖然使用了量化分析的工具來輔助他來做決策，但是他參考模型和分析后還是做主觀決策的。文中說：“The manager uses this information to determine appropriate sector weights.”，“The final decision on sector allocations rests with the manager.”也就是說最后拍板的還是manager本人。
systematic必需是分析方法和決策方式都是客觀的，例如參考最優(yōu)化模型輸出的資產(chǎn)配置權(quán)重進(jìn)行投資。
而discretionary的方式，他可能會(huì)參考一些量化的分析結(jié)果，但最終決策時(shí)主觀研判的。
