同學(xué)你好，這兩者指的都是企業(yè)和銀行有約定，缺錢的時(shí)候可以在額度內(nèi)向銀行借錢
uncommitted line of credit意味著等到企業(yè)真的缺錢找銀行的時(shí)候找銀行借錢，銀行并不承諾一定出資，需要視當(dāng)時(shí)具體情況而定
但是committed line of credit則是企業(yè)找銀行借錢時(shí)，銀行是已經(jīng)承諾出資了，也就是銀行一定要將資金借給一餓
由于committed line of credit降低了企業(yè)融資的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)（缺錢一定可以拿到這筆資金），降低了企業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，一般為了獲得銀行承諾，企業(yè)需要向銀行支付一筆費(fèi)用，但是uncommitted line of credit則是不需要支付這筆費(fèi)用的哈
