CFA一級(jí)考綱中不區(qū)分“投資產(chǎn)品”和“投資工具”。
在必應(yīng)上搜到兩個(gè)詞語(yǔ)的解釋，可以作為了解：
An investment instrument is any type of financial arrangement that provides the holder or recipient with the promise of earning some sort of return from that investment.
Investment product is the umbrella term for all the stocks, bonds, options, derivatives and other financial instruments that people put money into in hopes of earning profits.
