1）statement 1說We evaluate historical and projected company financials, perform extensive financial ratio analysis, conduct management interviews, and determine target prices using a variety of valuation models. 這不是研究一個(gè)個(gè)公司，代表是bottom up而不是top down嗎？
但上面一句他說了review of forecasts of economic and industry performance，這塊就是在研究宏觀，在研究完了宏觀之后，最終還是要落實(shí)在選個(gè)股上，因此他后面研究了個(gè)體公司的情況，這是OK的。
2) statement 2錯(cuò)是因?yàn)槠錄]有說清楚嗎？
與客戶溝通的準(zhǔn)則：要求公司在使用外部顧問管理客戶資產(chǎn)時(shí)，要告知客戶外部顧問提供的專業(yè)化或分散化專業(yè)知識(shí)。因?yàn)檫@些信息可以讓客戶了解影響其投資目標(biāo)的策略。而statement 2的表述太過簡單，看不出有這層意思。
