就是關于這個FCFF的計算的原理不是很清楚，可以麻煩老師講解一下嗎

同學你好，F(xiàn)CFF計算的是公司的自由現(xiàn)金流，也就是可以自由支配給股東和債權人的部分
因此從公司收到的錢中扣除掉企業(yè)必須要支出的部分（除了利息，這個是給債權人的）后剩下的資金就是FCFF
那么企業(yè)經營收到的資金減去日常經營的支出（除了利息），就可以得到CFO+after tax interest（日常經營部分）
再扣除掉企業(yè)長期經營需要購買的長期資產（FC inv）就可以得到FCFF哦
