標的公司正在被政府部門調(diào)查，這件事情屬于nonpublic。分析師如果得知內(nèi)幕消息，應(yīng)該盡快讓標的公司發(fā)布消息，將消息公之于眾。而且題目中說到該公司屬于public公司。Gebco這家公司是讓Metro這家公司作為他們的承銷商幫助Metro上市的。
