Total firm assets include assets managed by sub-advisors that the firm has authority to select but do not include advisory-only assets or uncalled committed capital.
大意是說，公司總資產(chǎn)包括公司有權(quán)選擇的次級顧問（子顧問）管理的資產(chǎn)，但不包括顧問專用資產(chǎn)或未付的承諾資本。從這話話中，可以看出公司是要有權(quán)選擇次級顧問的才算。
