同學(xué)你好，private investments就是投資于那些目前沒有二級(jí)市場(chǎng)，非公開交易的資產(chǎn)的投資產(chǎn)品， 例如Private equity、private credit和private real assets等。對(duì)于private investments來說，投資期限非常長(zhǎng)，通常需要超過10年的時(shí)間才能退出，這個(gè)在原版書上P130頁(yè)，講Liquidity Risks Associated with the Investment Vehicle有提到（見圖）。
