根據(jù)AMC的原文，在P278頁(yè)，Appendix 6—Recommendations and Guidance下面的這一段
Adoption of the Code is insufficient by itself for a Manager to meet its ethical and regulatory responsibilities. Managers must adopt detailed policies and procedures to effectively implement the Code.
我們采納了協(xié)會(huì)的AMC，不代表公司就符合了監(jiān)管的規(guī)定。
因?yàn)锳MC是協(xié)會(huì)制定的，但各國(guó)監(jiān)管可能會(huì)有自己獨(dú)特的規(guī)定，也許在某些方面和AMC的規(guī)定是不同的，嚴(yán)寬程度也可能不同。比如說(shuō)當(dāng)?shù)乇O(jiān)管更嚴(yán)格，這個(gè)時(shí)候我們只遵守AMC，就不能保證一定符合監(jiān)管的要求。
