題目原文：
Inventories. Inventories are valued at cost, not in excess of market. Cost is determined on the “average-cost” basis, except for the cost of finished products carried by certain subsidiary companies which is determined “l(fā)ast-in, first-out” (“LIFO”) basis.
A中存貨是要求全都只能用一種計價方法，題目中說的是一般都是用的平均，一些子公司用的LIFO，這個是可以的。
B中說US SEC禁止使用這兩種方法中的一個，US GAAP中不管是平均還是LIFO都是可以的
C中說兩種方法中，有一個是有避稅的效果的，可能會取代另一種方法，也就是LIFO，這也是可以的。
