因為在表中，明顯說了，Has no debt, and her total assets calculated using a traditional balance sheet amount to $4 million, which includes $3 million in stocks and bonds and $250,000 in real estate. 這里面是沒有包含current pension value的，也就是說這里所說的traditional assets只是包含了一些金融資產(chǎn)。
