1.using judgement guarantees that population subdivisions of interest are represented in the sample
使用（人為主觀）判斷（Judgment Sampling）可以確保在樣本體現(xiàn)了總體特征
2.there is significant risk that the sample is not representative of the population.
（人為判斷并抽樣）存在很大風(fēng)險（樣本并沒有代表總體）。例如一個審計師認為被調(diào)查公司庫存有很大粉飾可能性，審計師會人為判斷并著重看被調(diào)查公司庫存的資料（庫存不能代表整個公司的情況，庫存粉飾不代表整個公司財務(wù)報表都粉飾）
截圖中只有Judgment Sampling會用到“判斷”，表述中憑借“Judgment”可以判斷是非概率抽樣
