2022-06-14 11:27講ethical的notes上，關(guān)于4C，怎么理解: "Employers should not commingle compliance procedures with the firms' code of ethics -this can dilute the goal of reinforcing one's ethical obligations." 說的這兩項(xiàng)不是目的都是為了更好的道德行為嗎？怎么就會被形容成混淆了呢？

這里的意思是說不要把合規(guī)程序和道德規(guī)范混為一談，合規(guī)程序雖然也包括了一些道德規(guī)范，但是并不是全部的，因?yàn)樗鼈?cè)重于一些工作上的流程。如果只有合規(guī)程序依然可能會出現(xiàn)不道德的行為。
這里compliance procedures就是之前學(xué)的Situational Influences之一。
