直接買賣資產(chǎn)獲得的收益叫做“capital gain”，由于基金經(jīng)理買賣資產(chǎn)使得ETF獲得“capital gain”而發(fā)給投資者的錢叫做“capital gain distribution”
截圖解析中的紅框描述，ETF在一級(jí)市場(chǎng)是沒有capital gain distribution，因?yàn)樵谝患?jí)市場(chǎng)中，使用一籃子股票換ETF，不涉及金錢。
在二級(jí)市場(chǎng)中，ETF如果內(nèi)部發(fā)生了capital gain，第一種情況：ETF可以選擇將capital gain分給ETF的投資者，此時(shí)ETF投資者得到的錢叫做“distribution”或者“capital gain distribution”，相當(dāng)于分紅；第二種情況：ETF也可以不分而是直接將capital gain再投資到其他資產(chǎn)。
mutual fund如果發(fā)生了capital gain，一定會(huì)將capital gain的全部/部分以“distribution”發(fā)給mutual fund的投資者，投資者收到的錢稱為“capital gain distribution”
