2022-06-18 11:59老師，這個(gè)題為什么research是違規(guī)啊？當(dāng)時(shí)在公司時(shí)候做的research沒有盡職盡責(zé)，但是帶走的research不是在他加入公司之前做的嗎？也沒說沒有盡職盡責(zé)??？而且知識產(chǎn)權(quán)那個(gè)我感覺違規(guī)了啊……不是說這個(gè)國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)不能轉(zhuǎn)移嗎？那他離開了還用

research違規(guī)是因?yàn)檫@里是題干前面Solot believes the work of one of her analysts, Blaine Paddock, CFA, is not completed as carefully and thoroughly as it should be.主人公寫的research被上司認(rèn)為沒有勤勉盡責(zé)，因此違規(guī)。
intellectual property 指的是他用在加入前雇主公司之前自己的知識his personal papers and research notes that were created prior to his joining Apac。
