首付20%，說明有150,000中的80%為貸款，沒有說先付還是后付，于是默認(rèn)后付年金，按月還款，于是是月供，N是月的個(gè)數(shù)，I/Y是利率
貸款額為120,000，為PV
N=30x12=360
I/Y=9/12=0.75
FV=0
CPT=C=-965.55
