在原版書中direct trading expenses這個詞是搜索不到的。
我看了一下，這個詞的意思和trading expenses應(yīng)該沒有本質(zhì)的區(qū)別。
而trading expenses這個詞在原版書中，只在一個地方出現(xiàn)過。如下：
Gross-of-fees returns are presented before management and custodial fees but after all trading expenses.
因此我覺得書中并沒有詳細(xì)區(qū)分這兩者。

所以說gross of fee中其實是沒有扣除托管費的？ 那net of fee中扣除了托管費嗎？

根據(jù)定義，是不扣行政費用的。只是把管理費扣除了。
The gross-of-fees return reduced by investment management fees.
