2022-08-01 14:03SS16的case1的第三題，policy2沒有問題，可以assign_existing_employee作為compliance_officer,那為啥SS15的case3，最后一段里面說的讓senior_manager不行呢？

SS16的這個(gè)CASE中，Policy 2: Designate an existing employee as a compliance officer;
在AMC的規(guī)定中，公司的合規(guī)官可以來自公司內(nèi)部，但該人員要獨(dú)立于投資和運(yùn)營。這句話只是沒有提及后面一方面，因此只能說他說的不太完整，但不能算絕對錯(cuò)。
SS15這個(gè)CASE中：Rather than hire an external replacement, management designates one of Twain’s senior portfolio managers as the new compliance officer.
這里就違反了合規(guī)官要獨(dú)立于投資和運(yùn)營這一點(diǎn)。
