Yellow recommends several changes:
1) add a policy for the treatment of trade errors;
2) add a policy that ensures over-the-counter derivatives are traded on venues with rules that ensure minimum price transparency; and
3) alter the list of eligible brokers to include only those that provide execution at the lowest possible trading cost.
A對應(yīng)是上面的3），這一條不對，讓 eligible brokers 只包含交易費用最低的brokershi不對的。因為對合格broker來說交易費用低只是一方面，不是交易費越低這個broker就是越好的。還包括broker的reputation、交易執(zhí)行速度和服務(wù)質(zhì)量等其他因素。
C對應(yīng)的是2），這條也不對，確保場外衍生品在那些有保證最低價格透明度規(guī)則的交易場所交易，鑒于OTC市場并不是交易所市場而是場外市場，因此OTC工具對這個minimum price transparency是不要求的，所以這個建議是錯的。B對應(yīng)的是1），這條是對的，應(yīng)該增加處理交易錯誤的相關(guān)政策。
