A firm might decide that a particular composite will not include any portfolios whose value is below a specified level. (minimum asset level) 公司可能會決定某一特定組合組不包括任何價(jià)值低于指定水平（最低資產(chǎn)水平）的投資組合（資產(chǎn)價(jià)值低于某個(gè)閾值的投資組合可以不放在組合組中）
1） portfolios below the minimum asset level would be considered non-discretionary with respect to that composite. 低于最低資產(chǎn)水平的投資組合將被視為非自由裁量的投資組合
2） any changes to a composite-specific minimum asset level must not be applied retroactively. 對特定于組合組的最低資產(chǎn)水平的任何更改都不能追溯調(diào)整歷史業(yè)績（原則：歷史業(yè)績不得因?yàn)槿魏卫碛烧{(diào)整）

15題考的是non-discretionary portfolio是不能放在composite中的。

Q14是低于minimum asset這段期間，要從composite中移除掉。但被移除的這段期間，它的歷史業(yè)績要像Q14一樣保持在組合中，是么？

是的。歷史業(yè)績是不能移走的。
這里可以記一個(gè)大原則，GIPS是不允許以任何理由和方式來調(diào)整歷史業(yè)績的。否則就存在了業(yè)績操縱的可能性。
