根據(jù)定義：
extends net worth to include claims to future assets that can be used for consumption, such as human capital and the present value of pension benefits.
extend是未來產(chǎn)生的收入或支出。
因此vested pension是financial capital，是current已經(jīng)到我手里的。只是現(xiàn)在還沒發(fā)給我。但是這已經(jīng)是我的東西了。
human capital沒有current一說，他是未來的收入的現(xiàn)值，全部都是extend的部分。

我可否進(jìn)一步理解為 這個(gè)economic net worth是accrual based 所以vested已經(jīng)發(fā)生了 就算還沒有拿到(cash basis) 也已經(jīng)算我的了 所以是current financial capital？

確實(shí)非常相似。
human capital是未來收入的現(xiàn)值，未來收入是估計(jì)的（基于增長率的假設(shè)，以及存活的概率），可能會(huì)發(fā)生變化。如果變化了human capital就會(huì)變化。
而accrual based是權(quán)利和義務(wù)已經(jīng)確認(rèn)好了的，只是現(xiàn)在沒有發(fā)生。
