2022-08-20 17:20Q3，all discretionary accounts included in at least one composite，這里漏掉了fee paying。所以不對(duì)？老師說的個(gè)人和機(jī)構(gòu)客戶的composite要分開，好像沒有學(xué)過。

解析中的意思是說，包括所有客戶投資組合的單一組合組這是有問題的，無論投資目標(biāo)如何，都可能被視為誤導(dǎo)，因?yàn)椴煌慕M合他們的投資目標(biāo)，策略都可能是不同的，所以全部放一塊是有問題的。這里不是錯(cuò)在沒提及fee paying，但是確實(shí)應(yīng)該是fee paying的。因?yàn)閚on-fee paying的可以不放在composite中的。
再者機(jī)構(gòu)和個(gè)人沒說不能放一起，但投資目標(biāo)不同，是不能放在一起的。也就是說如果個(gè)人客戶和機(jī)構(gòu)客戶的投資目標(biāo)，策略，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)特征之類的都符合某個(gè)composite的定義，那是要都放進(jìn)該composite中的。
