A太絕對了，只要披露并且獲得雇主的書面許可那么就是可以收取的，并不是完全不能收取。
是的，只要報告是經過勤勉盡職并且沒有影響獨立客觀性的情況下做出的，如果收取了費用，只要雇主有書面同意就是可以的，并沒有違規(guī)。
