2022-08-28 22:03關(guān)于第一問，題目要求retire the debt，我的疑問是proposal2這種只immunized了的算retire the debt嗎？題目說(shuō)只有proposal 1能accounting defeasement, 而3是直接收購(gòu)了，都滿足retire the debt，2為什么可以？

每種方法有各自的特點(diǎn)，需要結(jié)合題目信息判斷是否符合題目的要求。
