Look after the interests of shareholders (gatekeeper).
Be responsible for the concerns of other stakeholders (debtholders and employees).
這里C選項(xiàng)僅僅關(guān)注股東利益也是不全面的，還需要多方關(guān)注，這里和地位主次無(wú)關(guān)。
