同學(xué)你好。研究這家公司是Acertado的本職工作，和Boswin沒有任何關(guān)系。Acertado通過模型得出研究結(jié)果后分享給Boswin，后者是順手做了個(gè)研究。Boswin的工作是upcoming newsletter而不是研究這家公司，所以他這里對(duì)公司使用模型做研究沒違反diligence and reasonable basis，他真正需要上心的是newsletter
